Darn.... good things don't last...

i guess so, when i saw the price at 242 last week. i immediately checked out the cart and bought it the next day... i heard its only 290 on non-grey shops

listed price on nikon sg is 339, i bought mine from mscolor in june at $299.

hope there's 1 also.. very tempting to buy the af 85mm d ~.~

i have the 85mm f/1.8D, its a very good focus length for FX. I would say get a used copy at around 400, enjoy it while it last.
thats how i got my used 50mm f/1.8D before this G.

grey set = shop warranty

local set = nikon warranty.

lens wise no different

Bro, better check with the shop whether is shop warranty or agent warranty before buying... grey set normally cheaper..

well if you want to confirm you can go nikon website and register the item for extended 3mth warranty if can means local if cannot means grey set.. if im not wrong

3mths extra warranty only applies to camera body, terms can be found here.

Ofcoz, so when u visit for the first time just bring ur receipt just in case, dun need the warranty card since ur info already in database
