I said safra, not ikea. Please read. Downtown east, all the play areas are there. You can bring them to the Zoo, Birdpark, Botanic gardens, Tree Top walk. Just google and you can find lots of things. Bring them to Sentosa. Take a ride on the Singapore Flyer.

There is a children's play place called Polliwogs along East Coast Park.
Next to the prawning place, think near to Burger King area.
They have very nice playgrounds, both indoor and outdoor, wet and dry.
Rates are reasonable too, I remember.
Google for more info. U should be able to find their website.
