Need help . Important.

I'm having trouble making water temperature raise up . I use my cold water from my fridge and i have been waiting for 1hr 30 minutes already. the temperature is still at 15 degree . Continue to wait or what ? i wanna to know how to make the water heat up faster. I have trouble cooling down tap water also . the temp for tap is 27 degree . and i use ice pack and put lots of ice in a basin of water and i added salt . but the temperature goes down very slowly , can i put the developer in the fridge ? to cool the wateR ?

I can't help but laugh when I read this post. It's fr**king funny. Esp the part about ''continue to wait or what?''
I'd suggest using some common sense as well as being more polite in your questions. Not knowing and wanting to learn is a good thing. To expect answers all the time is however, condoned.
