Need advice! What to do with old, possibly non-functional gear?

I have some old cameras and lenses and random accessories that my parents used to use when they were much younger, but haven't been touched in years. I've no idea if they are functional (probably not?) and if they can be rescued or what's their value. Any advice on what I could do with them? Thanks very much!

The Nikon camera looks like a FE and should be useful still. The konica on the other hand, if working, should be okay still as I think the Autoreflexes were mechanical. The 2 Tamron lenses separated from the cameras might be worth something to use and the 4 Tamron mounts should be usable still. The flash can be chucked as it is probably useless today.
For a cup of coffee, I wouldn't mind giving them a once over for you at my office. Let me know.
GOD Bless.

Give them all to me and i will let u know if they still can be used... ;p

my guess is most of the stuff should be well chewed by fungus and what not... keep it as a nice deco?

The resale value of a Nikon FM is around $150 (based on B&S).

agws1970, thanks very much for the reply and offer!!
How much use will they be if they are, as allenleonhart says, chewed by fungus? :\ I think they probably are quite badly invested with fungus.

Where's your office? Maybe I could take up your offer if I can find the time... Actually in the midst of moving house now, hence the spring cleaning. It seems too much of a waste to just chuck everything.

Convert it into a digital camera: :)

Hi,

Could you publish your office address here so that all of us can brings our old camera gears to you?

I have 2 leg tripods, old fungus farm lenses, camera bags with holes, flashes with battery leak etc. It's good that you can keep all these toxic objects for me. :)

Can pass them to me if your old, possibly non-functional gear looks like this:

Uncle Sion, you joke lah. Offering to help him look through the items to assess damage if any. Shoot first read later seems to be the trend these days. Haiz.
