NDP Crash LampPost in my first experience

There were 4 Lamps on post. This one above (last left) was still hanging, not dropping until that night, CID ordered one man to remove it.

Due to too strong wind from Chinook, Another one (middle) was dropped and hit ang moh's head bleeding but we stand beside him and survived. Hope this is clear.

oh... i see... so the strong wind actually blow down 2 lamp... and only 1 dropped and hit
