NDP 2005 rehearsal at Padang started?

If I can recall from the 2000 NDP, the mobile column vehicles were all lined up along Nicoll Highway rite? Just beside Suntec that stretch of highway. Awesome sight man.

Yup. The head of the moblie column was at Suntec junction and the tailend is all the way to the bridge across kallang river. Awesome sight but when it is time to go, awesome noise man! :sweatsm:

Actually, there are 2 holding areas during 2000's NDP.

10am : Arrive at holding area 1; Stadium carpark, eat lunch and hear CSM talk kok.

2pm : All vehicles to line up along Nicoll Highway (holding area 2) and it is a long wait till 6pm where the thing actually starts.

actually, some days it's something to look forward to, some days, it'd better to buckle up the belt tighter :bsmilie: in fact, i used the routine of tracking which company's providing the food, to remind myself we're getting to the big day soon.

i still prefer pizza hut, in the end. yum yum! hopefully we have singapore supreme pizza this time round

i remembered when i participated in the ndp a few years ago...every rehearsals, either kfc or pizzahut will sponsor the meals...
but for this year (not sure about last yr), food is either provided by pizzahut, kfc or sfi...rotation basis i guess...
sfi food...urgh..last week food was baaaaaddddddddd....

and whats the nugget-looking thingy inside the pack? so blardee hard...

what i normally do is when the participants are down at the parade square...i will then go to the canteen to eat... not the best but at least still okay...plus no need to queue up at that time...lolx
