Bench with a view! I like this one. :bsmilie:
wah, remind me of my trip a decade ago, time flies, film days. I was only using a sigma compact zoom.....great compact though (auto exposure with focus lock).....shot 9 rolls x36 exp....only knew about focus lock & then composed....
btw, can show more pics, more story telling, maybe u didn't want to reveal any faces? or did u shoot any nepalese faces? like to see how much they have changed in the past 10 years
your pics have become so good that i start to learn certain things from your composition. anyway, for your extreme close-up, would like to ask if they are shot at close range, and what setup, or is it being cropped in for a tight facial impact?
Wow.. that's really encouraging..
Not sure which pics u r talking abt.. but i'll jus put these down.. it's more or less the same setting.. hope it helps..
I didn't crop the pics though..
for #28 it's
Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 42 mm
ISO Speed: 100
for #31 it's
Exposure: 0.008 sec (1/125)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 45 mm
ISO Speed: 200
for #33
Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 46 mm
ISO Speed: 200
what i mean is how far do you stand from your subjects? 50cm, 1m, 1.5m, 2m etc.
Haha.. i see... for all of the kids shot I was very near them.. ard 50cm or even less.
For the adults shot, I was ard 2m away.
Correcto??
