FULL-TIME Sales Associate with Lens.SG / MyMonsterCamera
Commitment: 6days a week. Require to work on both weekends.
Working location and hours: Monday - Saturday ( 11am to 7.30pm ) and Sunday (12.30pm - 7.30pm) at Peninsula Shopping Centre #01-20
Requirements:
- Energetic, enthusiastic, well-groomed and pleasant looking.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and excellent customer skills.
- Min GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent.
- Above 18 (due to nature of products). Below 30 (preferred).
- Bilingual & able to handle English and Mandarin Speaking customers. (able to type in Chinese)
- MUST BE punctual, responsible and have good working attitude.
- Experience is good but not necessary. Training will be provided.
- Working attire of white long sleeve collar shirt, black long pants, covered toe shoes (flats/heels).
Job Description:
- Maintaining the daily retails operations in Lens.SG / MyMonsterCamera.
- Ensure that products and displays are consistently well presented / Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store and merchandise.
- Provide professional photography equipment advice and recommendations.
- Actively promote photography equipment and accessories.
- Maintaining and updating online stores, updating promotions on various websites we advertise on.
- Answering enquiries on the various mediums that customers reach out to us, including sms/calls, emails, facebook messages/IM and PMs on forums we advertise on.
- Manage stock inventory.
- Maintaining supply of goods to various photography stores in the Cityhall area.
