I guess the next phase is to do backdrops and dioramas one of these days....

Below is my test and experimental shots - see the DOF changes when the treeline backdrop is moved backwards..... (the figures are superimpose in PP)

Backdrop moved nearer the treeline become clearer. I think the top picture has more realism

Another Test Shot - with a grass diorama mat shot @16mm for max DOF

The treeline is too small, so will need to print a larger one... its back to the drawing board again........(all about experimentation)

Xi Shi (Chinese: 西施 506 BC – ?) was one of the renowned Four Beauties of ancient China. Her beauty was said to be so extreme that while leaning over a balcony to look at the fish in the pond, the fish would be so dazzled that they forgot to swim and sank below the surface.

The flowers and patterns on the dress are all hand-painted and NOT applied decals. Imagine how long it would take a craftsmen to paint one figure !

These figures are sculptured, pre-assembled and painted... at most I can do very minor touch up of chip marks :bsmilie:
