Yeah, no more yellowish face like d700 in lowlight
A shot from this morning. Very pleased with the amount of detail and the dynamic range. BTW, the RAW file of this photo is 51.2MB. The largest I have seen !

Very excited, coz I will be going to Europe in Sept with my d800, 16-35 and 50. Anymore picture to share ?Tiger-in-the-woods said:Thanks bros for your likes and +ve comments.
Here's another pic with the D800.
Funny story, I started off from the back of the crowd and was literally pushed about. Next thing I knew, i was pushed to the front of the crowd and was facing the Mona Lisa in front of me! Very lucky indeed. Needless to say, I has a good time taking the picture and wish to share its beauty with all of u. Pity the reflective glass in front but I hope u like it
PS: My sincerest apologies for the copyright banner in front of the pic. Do imagine it not being there Thank you.
OK, have
A flower shot. No pp. Just resized
No need for any comments from me. The photos tell the story
Taken with the 85 f1.4G
Cropped. Focus is on the pink flower in the center.

For all I know is D800 give sharp image with rich details but at the cost of gigantic files. Avg > 40MB in size for raw.
Am I still right to say D700/D3s still the right way to go if high resolution big print is not require?
