Not necessary no use, I know of people who steer clear of Bally after reading posts here.
On that topic, I think we should give some slack to those who post after being ripped off.
They already realised that they should have done their homework and post because they need to rant/warn others.

It is surprising that some members joined many years ago (e.s 2005) and yet did not heard about Bally Photo and fell for their dirty tricks.
Perhaps the Administrator of this wonderful forum can send out one PM to ALL members and alert them of this STINKING shop and lead them to read about this shop in the forum threads.
This is the least I think the Administrator can do to protect his members here.
Charging a bit higher is part and parcel of doing business to earn a little more. BUT I cannot accept that this shop being so IGNORANT and blatantly BOLD to cheat and sell an item 400% the normal price. It is ATROCIOUS and without conscious ! ! !
Another avenue is perhaps to highlight this shop in the STOMP news. Best would be to picket in front of this shop. LOL. Can we do that ? !

The admins might have a court case on their hands if they do that, sharing personal experience is one thing but sending out mass messages is another. Also, we are responsible for our own purchases, if we get cheated, half the responsibility belongs to the shop and half belongs to us. If the person do not do homework before purchase, they cannot fully blame the shop either.

you can't expect the mod/admin to do this la... there will definitely be some legal action in the event bally caught wind of such actions... the only way is for us to UP this thread
