Nope.. shot as per seen. Yeah I was using a tele for all the shots so it's magnificently close.

Basic conversion to B&W, then bump up the contrast (say around +20 or more), use the burning and dodging tool to do the shadows and highlights. Add rendered lightings for vignetting effect
