It's M39 or commonly known as Leica Thread Mount (LTM). Present Leica mount is call M Mount which is different from LTM. U need a LTM or M39 to M Mount adapter to use which is very thin. CV have some LTM mount lenses like my Ultron 35-1.7 ASPH...

Bro, its a sonnar copy made by Nikkor similar to the canon sonnar f1.5. I guess should be good for portraits. Some say it has sonnar glow.
