Yeah, got to compensate for the movement. Or anticipate. I did a few shots few years ago. I use a tripod with the lens tripod collar mounted and then, add a monopod fixed to the cam body. In this way, I get a very steady set up.

Initially i thought is my tripod unstable, causing the camera to tilt... here's mine
