Hi bros,

Got another noob question. Hee...hee. I have gotten a Slik 600 Monopod but I realised that the screw on the monopod is bigger and I'm unable to mount my camera on it. Any suggestions?

You can get an adapter to reduce the screw size and use this to mount the camera directly. Alternatively, if you want to be able to tilt the camera to shoot in portrait frame, a cheap solution is this:
http://www.manfrotto.com/Jahia/site/manfrotto/cache/off/pid/2375?livid=104|114&idx=115
Of course, you can use a ball head or even a 3-way head (Pls don't laugh. I did that with my first monopod)
Or you can get this:

I want to upgrade to a Wimberley so if you want to buy it off me, pls pm me.

Thanks all for answering and helping me out. Will get a ball head when I have the funds.

Don't have to buy those big and expensive ballhead for monopod. I'm using Manfrotto 484RC2 ballhead on my monopod. New is around $90, second hand at B&S usually goes below $60.
