Hi guys! Just want to understand how you become a moderator and is there a way we can talk to a moderator directly? PMs can be pretty slow at times.

Oh btw, it is normal for moderators to ignore PMs to them concerning a valid issue?

I can't speak for others, but most of us have a day job, so it might be a slow process. And all of us are doing this on a volunteering basis, no pay, not alot of fun, and can get into plenty of arguements over something minor, and end of the day, a little thanks and gratitude brings us back on... but long since we've been appreciated thou...

Looking at my pm box... i hope it will resemble my savings accounts... and if we ever put our fone numbers online, think we can forget about having a peaceful sleep... and we still need to have our personal time as well.

I think have to depend on what issues you are refering. Sometime I think Mod will also forward to other Mods or admin for confirmation or discussion.
