To be fair to everybody,

Just group photo with the model. Camera on self timer.
After that can consult Astin on how to scan and erase the rest if you want individual shots with the model.

Under the agreement, the photographer will be repsonsible for his/her pic. Any misuse or mishandling. Legal actions can be taken againest them if guilty .

That is why most clubs make u sign an agreement/model release form.

Hmm... does that mean under the agreement, the photographers are not allowed to post their shots at any of the online forums?

The photographers are allow to post the pic, but if the pic is stolen or leech, being used in other website for commerical purposes, legal action can be taken againest them depending on the degreee of damage done to the model.

Big cases like posters/ad in Ktv, lingerie ad, chatlines

what are the terms n conditions of such an agreement?
In the absence of any terms, i would think that under law it would not be possible to sue anyone over consequential damage just cos he posts it on a forum, UNLESS the agreement states that you are not allowed to, in which case you would onyl breach the agremeent and may not be liable for such consequential damages even if expressly provided for....main thing is...whats the terms n conditiosn of the agreement (if any).

I think u have to get it uploaded to some third party website first, geocities, or widely used pbase here.

then u just post a link to that image here?

i think ther eis an image button u can click above this text box that can help u automate the process
