Thks for yr reply. it seem that we do not have enough people for any grp.
Here are 2 options.
Option 1- use freelance model not the agency ones with shorter time
Option 2 - do not bother cancel the whole thing.
if we use the agency one we do not have to worry abt posing and makeup.
For freelance, we can use some of the money to give the model a hair do and makeup ( abt $80). The posing part , we have to work on it ourselves.
For those interested please reply me, the closing date is on
8 Jan.If then not enough reply, we will cancel the whole thing.

I might interest in option one. But first lets talk about the budget, the look of the freelance model (1st priority) don't select one that one seldom modeling, then the studio and the lighting accessories that going to provide. Is this too details. I thinked we need first is the participants. Thanks. 
I don't quite get u.
For the lightning, we usually use front (butterfly lightn) and side lightn. As for the color and background, it is either black,grey for low key and white for high key.
As for the cloths, pro model have more nicer cloths than the freelance one. As for posing, no one can tell whetyher she can pose or not . If she has editorial experience, good for u . If not ,u have to pose her
The budget is set at the minimum of $450, any thing less is a No.Therefore 1 person can pay $450 straight up, he can shoot straight away.

u will have no worry abt the setup, This is the third time, I am organzing this type of model shoot. $450 includes the studio cost for 2 hrs and the model cost as well. The rest is the admin and profit for me.Why profit, because if one person promise to come and fail to turn up, I can use the money to top up his share so that the rest can shoot without leaving ermpty. It alway happen that someone sign up and fail to turn up.
Please note that the model fee has to be paidin advance.

i guess forget about whole thing....talking abt money no one will fork out....free everybody comes even the model sucks....that's us singaporean......apprecaite your effort in organising but i felt sad for u...no one help u

I am still in for the shoot. Please count 1 more space for my shooting buddy. So that's two of us.

Whether the model is chio or not is not dependant on me. It is up to u guys who join . If u guys just pay, it will be easier for me to confirm. It is useless for me to ask and ask the agency if I cannot paid them to confirm. That is the truth, with money , most things can be done more easily.
It is just a matter of trust, I did not collect the full payment until the actual shoot because of trust.
There is no point of me telling u the model is chio but end up with a lousy one in the end. It happen in one of my shoot, that is why I have switch the agency.
If u want an opinion of how the shoot is conducted , u can pm to those who have attended the shoot , ask for their opinions.
For those who to observe the shoot, u are welcome. Please do not disturb the photographer during his shoot.
