Hi,

you are not the first to ask me to bring in this product. For most of our products, we get our stocks directly from the manufacturer so that consumers like yourself do not pay extra to layers of middleman. We pride ourselves for offering the lowest prices for all the products we bring in. It is not our practise to buy from other retailers and resell it at a higher price.

In the case of the DPS9000, we have contacted the U.S. distributor in the hope of bringing this product in, however they have not replied to our numerous calls and emails. Perhaps they are not interested in having dealers outside U.S. We are still trying to locate the Taiwanese manufacturer who manufactures the DPS9000 thru our Taiwan sources, but so far there is no news.

We are now trying to bring in another battery pack, a much more powerful one than the DPS9000, that can power all kinds of digital cameras (including DSLRs!), notebooks and even studio lights!! Despite its power, it is still light and portable enough to carry around.

or its abt similar and that the sanyos offer more value for $$$

PowerEx 2000 and Sanyo 2100 are currently the top 2 NiMH AA batteries. Both have similar performance and claim to have minimum 2000mAh of charge. There is no conclusive test that shows which battery is better. PowerEx 2000 is more expensive because it's a U.S. brand and the cost from bringing the product in is higher.

You can change the PowerEx batteries to Sanyo 2100 without extra costs. In addition, you can still buy up to 8 Sanyo batteries.

Example:
1 x B (change 4 x PowerEx 2000 to 4 x Sanyo 2100) - $89.95
8 x Sanyo 2100 - $20
Total - $109.95
