We can help you send the charger back to U.S. or Taiwan for servicing but shipping charges will be bore by the customer. That is after the 1 year local warranty ends.

Charger A can be directly plugged in to the wall socket, no AC adaptor is required, however you need a physical convertor to convert the 2 flat/round pins to fit into the 3 pin wall socket. Charger A has universal voltage i.e. 100-240V, so it can be used anywhere without a voltage convertor.
