I wondered if this has ever happen to you before: Out in the scenic view, but you cannot take in more photos on your digital camera, as the you've have reached the storage limits of your memory card. Reluctantly, you can only bring back these few photographs as memories. Or maybe you planned ahead and brought along your laptop. However, carry the expensive heavy laptop with limited battery life, and worried about lost of your thing, may spoil your trip instead.
What if you can find a small lightweight device, with its own battery, and ability to copy information from different memory cards instantly when you are outdoors??
The PhotoBank is such a device, barely larger than its internal 2.5" hard disk, with a weight of 145g on its own. It can be carried easily. The silver grey exterior, with a blue back-light gives it a modern look. Also, the PhotoBank has adopted an All In One design, with slots compatible with all of the current mainstream memory cards, like CF1/2, MD, SD, MMC, MS, SM, XD. The different memory cards are automatically recognised. It is also able to function with a hard disk with multiple partitions, automatically copying the information to the next partition when the initial partition is filled. Copying the data is a simple as pressing a button.
The PhotoBank can be charged in two different ways, via USB or AC power adaptor. The internal 3.6V 1200mAh Lithium battery can be charged in 3 hours, and can be continuously be used for 2.5 hours.

During performance testing, we used a 40GB 5400RPM 2.5" hard drive, divided into two drives. The first drive has a capacity of 21GB. Many OTG casings have a simple indicator light, while the PhotoBank has a large LCD display with a blue background to indicate major parameters within a glance. Details like the capacity of current drive, type of memory card detected, data memory size, data transmission progress and battery status can view easily.
As a portable hard drive, the PhotoBank is provided with a USB2.0 port, allowing data transfer speed of 8MB/S to computers. This is comparable to an internal 2.5" hard drive of a laptop. The data transfer speed from memory cards to the PhotoBank is also very fast, 128MB requiring 40-50 seconds, while 256MB requires only 2.5 minutes.
