no issues at all so far as i have not really use this setup practically. well, if i have issues with this, i'll post up and let you guys know.

i did some slight modification to the set, since i still prefer to use it as it is, the sponge is a tat too bulky... so i removed it... also went to adjust the the flash unit to be exactly on top of the lens in either position.

btw there is something i would like to add... the OC-1100 is kinda redundant now... cos the flash works with wireless... in either position & the built in flash will do the TTL or something... den the flash output is same as with or without the OC-1100... power!

think flare wins by not getting the OC-1100, but den again if we have a group of minolta users using wireless... we would be flashing each other's flash off... thats i guess would be the problem we need the OC-1100 now.

the wireless will be less likely to work in open space during daylight
and be reminded that your 7D batt will go flat much more faster.

Well, hee, for me if I wanna shoot with a bracket, I think it'll likely be an indoor location. 'Cos if outdoor, and I need critcal control of flash location, I'll have my flash on a tripod anyway. And for me, think I won't really shoot so close to the subject that flash location in portrait orientation become very obvious...

But well, I may be wrong, Haven't tried shooting with a bracket yet... And I have sufficient batts for the 7D, even more if you wanna include the NiMh AAs ;p

reached CP at 6:15, after I visited KM service center, but did not come across any of you guys. Guess u have left already. I pop my head into the food court to look for flash burst also no find, I never comb the food court and left.
