I think we should give meng till this Friday to give us a reply.. If still no response from him, we should proceed to file a police report. Although its only $12, but its plain dishonesty on his part.

We have 20 ppl here who have made payment.. If we all go together, we will definitely have a case.. Although we can't recovered the $12 but at least we can deter future MO organisers from doing such irresponsible act.. Those who have not commented yet, pls think about it..

We cannot just produce CS nicks and expect the cops to believe that there are more 20 victims right?

This type of case, the more ppl go make police report, the stronger the case. 1 person go no point also. I dun wish to see meng just get off scot-free.. I am still keeping my receipt of transfer.

Actually I suggest that if it is not practical to wait for everyone or can't find a common time, what you can do is to lodge the police report, and in the report, to state the names and contact particulars of the remaining people (with their consent). Then you can inform the police that these are the names and contacts of other people who also face the same experiences so that they (the police) can investigate further by contacting these people separately if needed.
