MO: Canon Powershot G5

Able to get Canon Powershot G5 for S$1210. Price is NETT (ie. inclusive of GST)

Obviously if any of you can get a verified better price, please let me know and I will cancel the MO.

Cameras are from Canon Singapore. So, warranty is not a problem. Interested please add your name.

I'm gonna get it on 1 July. If you want, I need to take 20% deposit from you just to be sure. Camera is not cheap lah. Later kena sabo.

I thought I saw this selling their G5s for S$1155 w/o GST. With the tax, it works out to be S$1201.20 a unit?

Price dropped so fast ? My friend last asked at AP last saturday was $1.28k and yesterday at CP was $1.25k

just called up cathay. quoted me $1280.
i asked the guy for a better price claiming that some folks in forum were quoted $1200 by CP. The guy replied that it will be dependent on my bargaining skills when i pit against their sales people... meaning $1200 is bo-bao one!

not sure if the bargaincity deal requires compulsory delivery of $5 :dunno: anyone can verify?

OK. Seems like there is quite a lot of feedback. I think if Alan Photo can give S$1200 inclusive of GST for anybody that walks in, I will go and buy there.

I hope they don't give me the dumb look when I ask for that price. Can anybody confirm the price please?
