For those who need a little more info on the Cardbus CF reader.

This might help.

A review on the product.

For those who need to know roughly when Cardbus was introduced...

(A little "history" of the laptops through the years)
http://www.wfu.edu/~yipcw/WFUcmp99/content/legacythinkpads.html

Notice the year on the top and the "network" category.

Notice that "98" (1998), the Pentium II 233, had 32bit Cardbus indicated while "97" (1997), the Pentium I 150Mhz, had 16bit Cardbus indicated.
Later models 1999 and there on, all the laptops are 32bit Cardbus already.

I think it only shows the types of laptops owned by the author (whoever he is) but it is a rough guideline that the 32bit Cardbus was introduced somewhere in the year 1998 in the Pentium II series of laptops.

My guess is that it will work but if the Nixvue DA is not 32bit CardBus compatitble then the PCMCIA Cardbus CF reader will operate like a 16bit PC Card.
Well, unless you can load the drivers into your Nixvue DA, you won't be able to use the Aska at its maximum potential.
