Hi,

There isn't a multiple exposure function on this camera. But you can still do multiple exposure. Before taking the shot, tighten the film rewind spool (without pulling it up of course) to remove any lag in the film within the camera. Take your first shot. Don't advance the crack first. Push in the little film rewind button at the bottom of the camera and hold that there. At the same time, try and hold on to the spool to resist any turning. Then turn the film advance crank while pushing in the film rewind button and holding the spool. Actually holding onto the spool is an additional kiasu step to make sure the film doesn't move when the crack is wound.

Sounds like quite a feat but it works.

Jerry

Oh .... forgot to add, you can then take your second shot once the crank is wound. And repeat for more exposures.

Thanks JERRy,

Seem like the design of manual camera (minolta) is not good enough. the rest of my manual camera from Nikon has a multi x button, even those in the earier years (FM,F2)

You are welcomed.

Agree with you that the x700 is lacking in that feature but its a fantastic camera nevertheless.
