from 3 weeks drag to beginning of nov now say end of nov then come...

Called KM regarding the repair cos flying for trip. They work out a plan to exchange an A200 for me.

Just got the cam today and I would like to praise KM for their kind service to check everything for me patiently.

Glad u had a great experience with them. They are trying hard to improve their services... hope the management keeps up with their transformation.

I asked the technician. What if the CCD spoilt again? He say just bring back lor. Don't tell me that I was given a previous batch CCD? :think: :bigeyes:

KM told me that my A1 repair will delay, I will also go for trip soon, so they gave me a free and brand new A200(in box with everthing) instead with one year international WT. I gave my A1 up and took this A200 liao.

KM manager is a very kind person and KM service is great.

HUH??!!! 1-to-1 exchange ah?

how can the A200 beat the A1? 1/16000 shutter speed, can use vertical grip, and the controls are much easier to use.
