Anyway, sorry to OT but mind telling me how to resize the photos till something like yours?
Mine are when I upload to flickr, using medium would be like small, using original is like so large.

The problem lies with Flickr which I never like using. They kind of limit the size of your image to be displayed.
I am using either Photobucket or Smugmug. Both allows linking images externally in various sizes. Smugmug allows HUGE images to be linked.

i like the effect.. how did you do this?
Adding and subtracting layers of B&W images. Quite a nasty and long process. Have to use Shadow and Highlight, Layers, Levels, etc. Can show you one day if there is a chance.
