Hello emlee, good morning. just came back from school buying some more books for class next year.
Actually I can see the banding which is like waves but I cannot make it go away. I don't why and I try for quite a long time in this pp. Is school holiday and also practice more on this type of processing. Next year will be less posting or shooting because of PSLE. (Dad say so..
)I will try to lessen those banding for the next one and will also keep good mid tones in mind.

i like this bnw photo much better than anything else presented previously, though my preference is a wee bit more contrast and brightness.

Ai ya.. nothing to teach for this one. Is just de-saturate, clone off all the rest, apply multiply and screen masking and balance the opacity and also add contrast etc.. You know also....
But this one took a long time for me to do and redo.. maybe two hours. Still not very good but is quite ok i think. If you see the right side of the frame between the bridge, I still have or keep the horizon there. Very difficult for me but I enjoy it.
Shall practice more...

Yes, the rest may not be good enough but I will keep trying and trying. I am still very weak in WB, composition and so on. With you C&C, I hope to improve and shoot more.

trying is the way to go, but more importantly, always think.
anyways, you have a long way to go, enjoy yourself when doing it, don't get too caught up with the results all the time.

Hello Uncle Dingaroo, Thanks for your encouragement. yes, I'm trying to improve and trying everything I can now. Also different types of processing for different types of genres. I hope to shoot more and C&C will be helpful for me to learn.

Hello jeezuinn, thanks and you did not come. Yes I enjoyed very much yesterday. Most of the time or every time is only with my Dad. I shoot and he sit one side and smoke...:embrass::bsmilie:

PS: trying out this one with 4 minutes exposure but did not turn out well. Will try again...

Hi emlee, good morning.. and thanks.maybe you know during this period, orchard is so crowded and quite hard to do composition, so came up with this.. Lots of lights and quite good to do this sort of pp and produce quite good result I think...
