The Historical Occasion of The Merilon Re-Location will happen on 23rd April 2002.

A Test Lift of the Merlion will be carried out on 22nd April 2002.

I'll update the thread with the actual timing soon. Apparently the timing got to do with some Feng Shui thing

Wonder if anyone's going to take photos of it being relocated tonight.. it's starting right now, at 12:30am, and it's going to lifted at 2:30 am across the bridge, it'll be over around 5:30 am thurs morn. Wanted to catch it but gotta work the next day
