The mspro cannot handle the movie mode in the higher resolution, only a Microdrive or the higher speed Sony (MemoryGate?). The entry level memory Stick and the Knockoffs wont cut it.

??? MS Pro is already the highest range of MS available... technically MS Pro Duo is same speed as MS Pro only it comes in smaller physical size... think u mistake MS Pro with the normal MS...

Magic Gate... hmm... never ponder much in it... Memory Gate... hmmz...

The MS Pro sticks can handle the 30fps shooting mode. Think you are confusing it with Magicgate, which has something to do with MP3s.
