My main objective was to capture a photo story, and while it did not turn out as planned, the few of us managed to adapt well to any shortcomings. Big thanks to Ricsal, Salblade, GreeKo, Kickstart and Pentroit for putting up with me during the shoot. :lovegrin:

We did light the ciggy, but the wind dispersed the smoke too fast, leaving only a minor trail.

Weather is too hot so i din bother to take much pics on the helix bridge since my brains are almost fried...:bsmilie:

i took this opportunity to shoot sunrise since i dun have time to shoot much these days... its a 1 chance thing so just drag myself early morning to try my luck....

interestingly, this was only my 2nd shot when i reach the place which i was actually trying out the composition, first shot was to check the exposure... the subsequence shots are suppose to be panos which i dun think i can finish processing them anytime soon...

Edit: I did some changes to the photo....

Borrowed bro seefei's DA 10-17mm fisheye zoom and had a go with it on my *ist DL2 IR camera. Quite an amazing lens, though like most fisheyes, flare can be an issue. Very easy to succumb to LBA with this lens...

Nice group photo, (as usual!). I would have liked one taken from a height of 1 to 2 m so that background and a little of the sea can be included.
Just occurred to me you should start a "Pentax Group Photo" thread where you include 1 group photo from each outing complete with the nice name tagging that Dennis did previously. That would allow us to "take attendance" and learn who is who. ;p
