IMHO I'd trash the shoes

Nude colored shoes too close to skin tone to make distinct impression, yet they have an inorganic shape which distracts the viewer (although a fair amount of effort to distract must be made because the model has got good skin, great smile, bright eyes, good figure, and err... good assets )
