Should be alrite with the original venue since the new location is onli opposite PP. shouldn't pose too much of a prob.

ya i think sticking to peninsula plaza food court would be a better idea as it would be less crowded than the SEED gathering

I suggest to stick to one meeting place - the makan place is fine as I noticed that majority of members are already gonna be there. As for those who are not on the list, still welcome to come and visit as there are places (outside of the restaurant, but still in the vicinity) that can sit and chat. Who knows? Try luck, maybe can still get to eat if ppl don't turn up

Suggest that the meeting place for the Gaffer tape be at the lobby of the hotel - then everyone can be around the same area.
