Please arrange to get the flash from Suntax by this Wed and call me so that I can go along to get it.

I'll have to insist on a refund if I can't get the flash by end of Apr. The long delay is simply unacceptable. ;(

I don't wish to make a bigger fuss out of this than is necessary.. Zoomer might really be too busy to take care of this, but that is not an acceptable reason for me to keep on waiting week after week. I hope that he will give me a refund without having to drag this thru the public.

Need I say more as to why I am so frustrated by this? I wouldn't even want the flash now even if he delivers it to my doorstep. Just wish Zoomer will let me have my money back so that I can put this behind me.

I just checked my email records from Zoomer's Starhub email account.
At my Outlook Express email inbox folder, the email date is 8th May 2003.
But when I open the email, the date changed to 8th Nov 2003.

But it's confirmed that the actual date Zoomer sent me the above email on 8th May 2003.

Hi,
I got some time today, and well, give you guys an update.

The flash will come with a bag, a cable and a mounting device for these whose cams have no flash shoe.

If you don't want the flash anymore, I'm afraid I'll have to ask you to find someone else who can take over for you. While I empathise with many of you due to the long wait, I have already paid the manufacturer for the flashes, I have no real control of how fast they can make them. I can't be refunding everybody, else I'll end up with a lot of flashes that I have no use for. I'm not selling the flashes as a shop or anything like that, this is just a mass order.
