Giggs can't play on the flanks anymore. He is a central midfielder these days. Yeah hope Valencia performs and Tosic gets the chances.

Ya ... Giggs lost the speed he use to have and cant last a full 90mins!

IMHO, it's quite impossible. Where to put him?

Flanks? Not fast enough.

Middle? Maybe but there's established ones already.

 Maybe as a sub rotating with the uncles in the team?:bsmilie:

Yes quite impossible for Fergie and Man Utd to take him back cos 1 of the reasons he want to come back to EPL is to play consistantly in a top league so he can fight for a England place in WC next year.

With SAF, nothing is impossible..... Taking Becks back will seem more likely then signing Owen if you ask me..... :bsmilie:

United may still spend!

With the signing Michael Owen, Antonio Valencia and Gabriel Obertan, which less than £20million.

And after selling Cristiano Ronaldo, Lee Martin and Fraizer Campbell. Think still got a lot of surplus!

 Wonder if SAF will buy again?

Vidic sits out tour.

Travelling squard: Edwin van der Sar, Tomasz Kuszczak, Ben Foster; Jonny Evans, Patrice Evra, Rio Ferdinand, Gary Neville, Wes Brown, John O'Shea, Fabio da Silva; Nani, Zoran Tosic, Darren Fletcher, Anderson, Darron Gibson, Paul Scholes, Michael Carrick, Ryan Giggs; Michael Owen, Dimitar Berbatov, Federico Macheda, Wayne Rooney.

tomorrow Malaysian XI V UNITED

KO 1730hrs

Trip to Indonesia cancelled due to explosion in the hotel the team suppose to stay! :sweatsm:

Wah thats quite stunning news. Luckly the team is in Malaysia. RIP to those ppl who died in Indonesia. Such thing should not have happened. Its a pity Man Utd have to cancel the trip cos I think Indonesia is the 1 country that they want to visit and have not visit in S.E.A.

Stopover in Singapore instead? :)

Thats an excellent idea but those SG fans that went to KL might not be too pleased if Man Utd come to SG later on. :bsmilie:
