i think sell Ronaldo better , this fellow got no heart to play for man utd already ,
throw him into Real Madrid ( our dustbin ) haha.. make sure he be regret after that ,

My concern is if/when Man Utd retains the EPL and possibly the CL and win FA Cup, then he has won the lot in the 6 years here. This is a very good achievement considering the likes of A Shearer only won the EPL once and Stevie G never won be 4:bsmilie:

Once he has won the lot, its challenging to keep motivated. So a change of environment and new challenge will do him good and Man Utd can sell a real winner for a big big sum.

There will always be someone to replace Ronaldo just as he replaced Beckham.

For now, let enjoy the football.

No la, dun think he no heart. His performances against Portugese teams always crap. Want to show boat too much.

But I think should sell him in 1-2 years time to make some mega bucks. Hopefully by then, our RM dustbin is still not full. :bsmilie:

Poo will play their game first tonite. Lets hope Blackburn can burn them :bsmilie:

"Dear Lord,

I pray that you protect Blackburn's goal, and allow Blackburn to secure at least a draw.

Whenever the ball fly towards Blackburn's goal and a score seemed inevitable, please reached your foot out and clear the ball.

Amen"

Prayers was not answered... :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

Great header by Scholes in the 19th min.

Man Utd 1 - 0 Sunderland.

Its that Macheda again.

Opportunistic strike by Macheda, thats what strikers are for :bsmilie:

Next weekend is FA Cup semis. Pool will have a weekend break and then a Tue game ag Arsenal.

Wah this youngster played 2 games and scored 2! Both as a sub somemore. Maybe he is the Ole in disguise or Ole has been teaching him a thing or 2. :bsmilie:

1 victory at a time

I have been reading reports that Rio was missed becos Man Utd are leaking gols. The press didnt remember that when Rio was out for a while between Dec and Jan, J Evans and Vidic were the defenders and they played a big part of keeping clean sheets.

For me, Rio gets more injury prone as he gets older. He is already 30 and this season he has missed more games than last season and the previous.

I believe SAF will be getting a new defender in the summer. A defensive midfielder will also be good, the type that can outmuscle Stevie G.:kiss:

I dunno if Fergie will buy a def or not this summer. Maybe Evans will be suitable once he got more experience.

To be frank, Man Utd has never pride itself on defence.....though fr time to time the best back 4 in EPL has come from OT. The problem now is for the past few games, MU has struggled to dictate the tempo and control the game. I think SAF should put Fletcher/Carrick in the centre of the park or even Giggs/Carrick. Scholes is too slow and off-form lately.

This is the sort of striker we need esp now when we are struggling upfront! He have grown well under OS. hope to see him in action more!:devil:

Yeah I think the midfield is the one struggling at them moment. But I dun think its Scholes. He is just too old to sustain the pace. But I think its Carrick and Fletcher are those that are off form. They just disappear, esp Carrick. Maybe he is jaded.

Tonight see whether Liverpool can create a miracle. :bsmilie:
And tomorrow is the big match for us.
Porto with 2 away goals, we need to win.

Reds dominate PFA shortlists

The Barclays Premier League leaders, Carling Cup winners and FA Cup semi-finalists occupy all but one of the nominations for the PFA Players' Player of the Year. There are five Reds in the running - goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, defenders Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic and attacking midfielders Ryan Giggs and Cristiano Ronaldo. The only opposition player on the six-strong shortlist is Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard.

One third of the PFA Players' Young Player of the Year nominees play for United - namely right-back Rafael and centre-back Jonny Evans. The other four contenders are Aston Villa's Gabriel Agbonlahor and Ashley Young, Manchester City midfielder Stephen Ireland or Tottenham Hotspur's Aaron Lennon.

Maybe this will push the players up one more level!

If Man Utd can't beat Porto, then I think we dun deserve to win the CL again. The team isn't playing too well at the moment, esp the midfield, so its a little worrying. Away to Porto is tough but no choice but to win and if we play well, I believe we can win.

I have a slight biasness that MU will progress and will win tomorrow by a scoreline of 3-1
IF and only IF

Looney is always CONSTANTLY shooting, AND
Ronald macdonald dun showoff so much AND
Ferdinand, Vidic, Evans and Evra plays AND
Park, Anderson, Carwreck, Scold/Geeeks plays

and ALL of them must be on-form plus the subs as Macheda, etc all try to go for goals....

That i think is the only way to keep pressurizing the porto towards their own goal, then only will they be committed to make mistakes.

else......

FINISHED!
