I'm confident with current team. Just take a look at those on the bench or not playing and you'll pedigree players there.

Rooney have been itching to play. Bastian is another option. While the coming fixtures are hectic, not to mention quality of opposition, I believe Man U will pull through.

here we go again....wasting chance to catch up top 4

Yeah, a setback.
Even if Arsenal vs Liverpool game go either way, we are still stuck at sixth.

Only managed a Draw, all because Rooney is playing.....

IMO,there is clearly a lack of creativity in the team. Once we meet a more defensive team and we are not able to score, we are too dependent on Ibrahimovic to score...its a setback towards top 4 but we still have 12 games to go. Pogba has been presented too many winner chances but everyone he faulted. Either he was supposed to strike first time, he chose to pass and when he should pass it, he shot instead. We need long balls into penalty area, dribbling and passing into it did not work as the players cannot pass the first line of defence of Bournemouth and yet they persisted doing it. It took too long to build up again, wasting valuable time in a game we need to win to up. Its easy to say on hindsight, however, we have filled the strongest possible team and yet unable to take 3 points at home. Mourinho needs to review the flaws of yesterday game carefully as we cannot slip up points anymore again.

Totally agree ... Its been a very frustration season esp the games we should have won but didn't ... no doubt Ibrahimovic save us lots of occassion but we are turning too reliant on him Pogba as usual still needs to prove his worth ... with Ibrahimovic up an coming ban hope to see more people coming up to score...

IBRAHIMOVIC TO SERVE THREE-GAME BAN

The Football Association released the following statement on Tuesday afternoon:

"Zlatan Ibrahimovic will serve a three-match suspension with immediate effect after he admitted an FA charge of violent conduct and accepted the standard penalty.

"It follows an incident in or around the 44th minute of the game between Manchester United and AFC Bournemouth on Saturday (4 March 2017).

"The misconduct was not seen by the match officials at the time but caught on video."

United's leading scorer will consequently miss the Emirates FA Cup tie at Chelsea, followed by the Premier League matches against Middlesbrough and West Brom. He is due to return in the home game with Everton on 4 April but remains eligible for the Reds' Europa League clashes with FC Rostov.

Ibrahimovic has missed only one league game all season up to this point, the draw with Arsenal in November.

We can only hope Rashford and Martial can fill this void.

All can see our Goal For stats is way lower than top five and some lower teams than Man U.

JM shld consider Pogba to some lesser role. He shld just forget about the price tag and value on current performance.

Next two matches is as crucial as winning the Europa League because 'pool dropped 2 pts and we got 2 game in hand.
Winning the next two games will ensure we are 4th.

But both are home games against West Brom and Everton. Our home games are are worrying as we draw too much in home games.

SCHWEINSTEIGER TO JOIN CHICAGO FIRE

Bastian Schweinsteiger is to join Chicago Fire as a deal has been agreed with Manchester United and the player.

The 32-year-old German midfielder's move to MLS is subject to a medical and a visa being obtained but Chicago are keen to finalise a swift transfer.

"I am sad to leave so many friends at Manchester United," said Schweinsteiger. "But I am grateful to the club for allowing me the chance to take up the challenge at Chicago Fire.

"I have enjoyed working with the manager, the players and staff here and wish them all the best in the future. But I have to reserve special thanks to the United fans – whose support has been a very special part of my time in Manchester.

"I was delighted to be part of the squad that won the FA Cup for them last season and will always remember their energy and their passion. Now is the right time for me to start a new chapter in Chicago and I am looking forward to it."

Everybody at United would like to wish Bastian the very best of luck in his new career in the United States.

"Good luck to Schweinsteiger , acted like a gentlemen even when he wasn't getting anywhere near the team. A class act." - Scholes.

Must win to confirm top 4...

And we are back from international games with some injuries for our another tight fixture this month 9 games to be exact ... good news is there will not be another international til 5 months later!

An update by the boss:

MOURINHO PROVIDES TEAM NEWS UPDATE

Jose Mourinho says Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney is available for selection again, having not played since the start of March.

The striker has been out injured for the last few weeks, but Mourinho confirmed on Friday that Rooney is in contention to play against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.

Mourinho spoke to MUTV about the fitness of Antonio Valencia and Marcos Rojo following their exertions for their countries during the international break and revealed: "They are not with injuries that stop them to play. Tired? Yes, of course but ready to try to help us."

The boss was also asked about the fitness of Chris Smalling and Phil Jones after injuries forced the pair to pull out of England duty and the prognosis seems less positive, with Mourinho admitting: "They are long-term injuries.

"The important ones are the ones who are ready to play," he continued. "That's the way we have to think, we cannot be here crying or speaking about the players that are not available to play.

"You know about Zlatan [Ibrahimovic] and [Ander] Herrera, they are suspended. You know that Herrera has two matches banned for that episode against Chelsea. You know what happened in the English national team with Smalling and Jones. You know that we have also [Paul] Pogba injured.

"But I repeat they're not important. The important players are the ones that are ready to play, and the ones I trust, and the ones who are going to give everything tomorrow to try to keep us in the fight for the top four."

Updates.

After disappointing draw we are back at OT again facing Toffees in less then 3hrs time ...

Need to score goals ... our form at home is like our past away form ...

Another Home game that ended in a Draw.

Its match day finally an away match as away form is much better then home so no excuse for not landing 3pts ... early game today...

In the meantime:
CHICHARITO WOULD SCORE 20 GOALS FOR US

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho believes Javier Hernandez would score 20 goals a season if he was playing in the current Reds team.

Boss first claim

FT: Sunderland 0 ManUtd 3.
Ibrahimovic 30' , MKHITARYAN 46' and Rashford 89'.

Three goals, three points. Job done. with Captain Fellaini got booked! Finally Rashford ended his goal draught!

Back to 5th till tml... and provided Arsenal lose tml which is abit difficult but then this season is surprisingly surprising.

So far
21 PL games unbeaten (W11 D10(no good))
Won 6 of last 7 away in PL
Still to play Chelsea (home) & Man City, Arsenal & Spurs (all away) need to collect full max points!
