WBA is on a good run.... but if the walking wounded list increases, it is not going to be easy.
Let me guess, WBA will score first and the we'll wake up to overturn the deficit and eventually win the game....

WBA did score first and Man U responded....

Man U WIN!!!

Our Evans, Vidic and Smalling deserved mentioning as they did an excellent job in defence against WBA, especially in 2nd half. Very proud of them, WBA may have been threatening but our defence just blocked them all out, not to mention a bit of luck when WBA hit the underside of our goal pole and bounced out. Another good 2nd goal by Van Persie, and 3 points in the bag.

Good Job players Keep it up.

Oh... forget to include...

And Man U have their 5th clean sheet of the season too........

Should be the 4th clean sheet...:)

Home 4-0 Wigan
Away 0-3 Newcastle
Home 1-0 West Ham
Home 2-0 WBA

Yes, this is best back 4 MU has currently.....Imo Vidic is 2x better than Feridinand although Smalling is a little rusty compared to Raphael....he has the high to cover set pieces and that means a lot to De Gea......honesly I hope Fergie get a better Goal Keeper next week....it's 2 yrs liao and I don't think De Gea is suitable for English game....he is better off in Spain like how Pique settled in Barca now

Best back 4??? I think Rafeal is better than Smalling.... He offers much more pace, and his combo with Valencia is telepathic when attacking..... Smalling combo is better than Jones with Valencia... No doubt Smalling height is an advantage in set piece... but I think with Vidic around, and organising things in set piece... it make it look nicer too....

De Gea........ I wished they went for the Holland no.1 then instead... someone more stable, matured.. but they got a youngster..... I would not say it is a Barthez situation once again..... but..... just hope he can make the mark.... playing for Man U is not easy too.....

It's so nice lucky to be mu supporter...seeing ur team trashing someone else....week in week out :) imagine if u are Wigan's fan....heartbroken every week :)

tough to beat....even rooney is not missed! :bsmilie:

I never though Looney is among the best....he is over paid...and gets all the credit because he is a Brit....even Tevez is better than him if both on the same field......however RVP is different.....his goal are not simple tap in....a bit like Bergkamp + Henry....that added another dimension of MU goals....it doesn't matter the opponent park their bus in front of goal post....he can unlock in split second.....just hope he could stay injury free...... there is nothing other team could do other than praying MU drop point....but the 17 wins so far sums up the quality of this squad....and the 2 consequences clean sheets signalled the best are yet to come :)

Lets give credit to SAF too, his rotation of players in so many matches in 2 weeks were crucial to get to where we r now. The in form RVP is so nice to watch and add icing on the cake when he scores spectacularly. We r indeed the team to beat and it's going to get even tougher for others to follow and keep tact with us as the second half season continues. My hope is that the team players are all well and without major injuries going forward. Well done, we took 10 out of 12 points in the last 4 games. We can only get better and better.

I would say Rooney is not that bad......

Well... I agree the press are bias.... but when Rooney is not playing, I feel that Man U lacked someone to track the players in midfield... but seems like Robin do track pretty well too and help the midfield out, and with Carrick and Cleverly in the centre mid, the influence of not having Rooney is not so obvious.... If it is Schole or Giggs, having a Rooney there is a big influence....

Rooney offer a presence, and he is like a bull lor.... Man U do not have much bull in the team.....

I feel that at the moment, the players still does not gel with Kagawa... and he is one good locksmith too!!!

Well... Wigan have no squad to rotate, and you could see some tired players.... and that is an advantage for Man U...

Man U squad is pretty solid, and hope the back can settle down, and shut the door up......

Man U do have some very tired players in Valancia, and I think that's why he played not too well... but with Rafael back, the team movement is much more faster.....

I do hope to see Powell more though.... and hope that Henrique loan at Wigan help his development and see more of him..........

Some of our players have a horrendous performance against West Ham today. Scholes, Valencia, Welbeck, Kagawa just to name a few. Its fortunate that we came back with a draw. Thank you again for RVP's equaliser from a fantastic pass by no other than Ryan Giggs. Excellent Goal.

However, we got to have better efforts from these guys mentioned. When we were down 2-1, the play forward was so slow to build up, its angry to watch them play like that as if they have all the time in their world. SAF must let each player watch the playback of the game and just see how below average they did. They were chasing airs most of the time. We need to wake up for the replay or else FA Cup is history. Have some urgency please players.
