Tottenham V UNITED
12.30am

Giggs expects open game.

Ryan Giggs believes Saturday's match at White Hart Lane will live up to the fine traditions of Tottenham-United fixtures.

Rooney and Berba should be able to cont their fine form from their international game!

Playing away at Tottenham whose form has been excellent so far... On paper, a draw seems a likely result.

A 2-1 away win for the red devils will be an excellent result. Berbatov should be on fire returning to his old club :)

Here we go!

(CD-L) Nemanja Vidic 15
(CD-R) Rio Ferdinand 5
(LB) Patrice Evra 3

2-1 lead at half time!:bsmilie::devil:

Why why...mr scholes have to do it...

Aiya his tackle is worth 1 yellow each. If he makes 2 tackles in a game, he is off! But his 2nd yellow is a bit harsh.

Barba had a game to forget, missed twice when he have the goal at his mercy. Anderson's goal is a sweet left footer. Giggsy's a FK. Rooney's quite a goal, he out muscle spurs defender to win the ball and then scored. But the best goal is Defoe's. Overhead bicycle kick is the 1st min!

Did we have a player sent off? :bsmilie:

 3 nails in the coffin for them.

Defoe's goal is a stunner.
This season he's on red hot form, both for club and country.

As for United, hope we can continue this run.
Good to see our players bagging in the goals.
Giggs - Still prove worthy to be in the team, no more pace but his experience is there to guide the team.
Anderson - Good to see him score his 1st goal, hope this will give him the confidence and boost.
Rooney - Without doubt we need him, same as Defoe, in red hot form for club and country.

Side note abit, the Big 4 all won (Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea) except Arsenal. They were outclassed by Man City. No Tevez, no Robinho they still out played Arsenal. Have a feeling they will be in the Big 4 this season. Just loves the way Adebayor race down the whole length of the pitch, slide on his knees, and celebrate in front of the Arsenal supporters. Adebayor, be prepared to face FIFA actions, celebration + stamping on Van Persie. :bsmilie:

As a mid-fielder, Paul Scholes is the worst tackler..... if you look back at some of his tackles, they are just horribly mis-timed and ugly. Many times, I've heard commentators talk about the way he go into the tackles... only one word - lousy. And that's where he usually disappoints the team, poor tackles leading into yellow and red cards.... Haiz, time to retire, perhaps?

But other then his tackles he is still much needed in the midfield! MAybe he should go on a crush course on how to tackle beautifully!:bsmilie:

He's not known for his tackling since he emerged from the youth team.
He's never a tackler, not a good one as well, probably the worst in the team.
But what he does best is his passing in midfield and long range shots.
Who can forget his cracker goals from outside the box when he was younger.

Just look at the way he ran down the whole length of the pitch. haha.

Ya cant blame him for that celebration, i woud call it natural reaction as the fans there were abit racist against him when he was there!

yah... Haa.. the commentators always say "Typical Paul Scholes tackle" which means "mis-timed and lousy...

Looks like Anderson gonna feel his role once he is gone? Judging from that shot and others by Anderson... (But then, i never like Anderson... cos he simply cannot score goals... it is so frustrating sometime to see him play, hopefully he can start from this first one)

Anderson is good when he was still at Porto.
Hope Fergie can groom him into a world class midfielder.
