The conditions to qualify for 100 msgs in PM mailbox is

More than 50 posts AND registered for more than 30 days. You still have 9 more days to go before you hit the 2nd qualifier. Patience!

In my case I just passed 50-post mark this morning and have been registered since Mar-15 and yet my PM allocation is still 10 messages and I still can't rank a nice seller I've dealth with?
