i did break-in using the c9000 on my 2 sets of new imedions. end up that available capacity is about 2050MAH, with 2 batts at 1995MAH... considering they are supposed to store 2100MAH, is this normal?

Yes I think it's normal. My brand new imedions also tested around 1950 mah. I think not bad liao, if u use other brands like GP, maybe u must buy their 2500mah ones then will get 1900mah actual capacity.
