LX5 is certainly tempting, just wish they added the time lapse & HDR!
I think S95 comes with time lapse & HDR feature right?

Are the batteries similar the other Lumix series? I have a pretty worn out lumix FX9, just hopeful they are the same so that it can be reuse

I heard it doesnt fit right away cause the threads are slightly larger this time?

Just came back from Funan, still some black ones left but the white ones sold out at all self-respecting camera stores (SE Asia was touting it for 799). Hopped over to Cathay and got a white one at 700.

Any idea if a faster SD card will allow the camera to clear its buffer faster?
Currently i'm using a class 4 card. I'm hoping to reduce the downtime inbetween sequences of burst shots in RAW.

Got myself a white one at Harvey Norman Parkway Parade last Thursday. Been fiddling with it since. Bought for $749. Not that cheap I know but I thought it was a good deal cos it came with 8gb card, screen protector and black leather case (meant for LX3 actually but fits!). Offered the 2 year extended warranty for $85 more but I didn't get it.
