been following this thread with some anticipation, and I must say the HK launch photos are probably more indicative of the camera with the 'proper' software/firmware/tweaks for sales. But no exif data so still kinda suspicious imho.. :think: but very exciting camera nonetheless, f2.0-f2.8 Leica Summicron! :devil: now we just need a fuji sensor in there :bsmilie:

Awesome features!!! LX3 really looks great this time! Hotshoes and the lot...I'm impressed!

BTW I still love my LX2. :heart:


PS. LX2 writes RAW in 3-4secs not 10secs as someone here claimed...pssss, that's because u use a slow sdcard. :nono:

other than the ISO performance, i would say its pretty good. but well, panasonic are nv impressive in their noise performance anyway. :sweat:

With Panasonic and Olympus jointly annouce the micro 4/3 system... looks like Panasonic is comming out with something like LX-3 with mount for interchangeable lens

Abit disappointed with the noise control, about the same sensor size as fuji F series but the noise control is uncomparable.

Always the case of good len, not that good sensor. Good sensor not that good lens.

They should put a fuji super ccd in this babe and i am fully sold.
