Lumix GF2 in Singapore

That was strange!
I was at TK yesterday and they said NOT available yet, they did not say NO stocks.
Maybe the guy that I spoke to does not know the details...thus, I did not buy the GF2 on the spot...

One of the sale reps there also told me that despite the fact that the original battery (with the $115 price tag) was conspiciously displayed in the showcase next to the GF2 there. I asked another more knowledgeable sale rep who immediately got one for me from the stockroom.

I got my original battery from MS Color, $110.

As for the screen protector, I ordered from ebay. S$7 for 3 pieces.. free shipping.. fits perfectly...

Nope, its a Resistive screen, not a capacitive screen. So it relies on pressure, not sensing finger contact. Screen protector doesn’t affect it at all.

You can definitely get it cheaper in HK. I got my GF2 from HK for only $850 with the 14mm only.

expect about $100 diff, because the difference is usually because of no GST in HK
