looking for Videographer to share studio/office space

hi guys, my landlord has increased my rent by almost doubled so i am looking for a videographer to share the studio/office space. we are a photo studio but have video facilities if you require, eg. green screen backdrop and 3 x video lights.

i currently have 2 levels, the upper deck is about 500sq ft size and the studio area is about 1400 sq ft. i am looking to rent out the entire upper deck.

we are located conveniently in the town area, near Somerset MRT but outside of ERP.
