Looking for Photo touch up Service

Hi, I have some photos I have taken at a studio. However the photographer did not do what he promised and now is not touching up those photos he has taken. It was agreed he will touch up / photoshop for me those I want to print (I have them taken in digital format). Cos the makeup artist also did a blotchy job.. But now he is telling me it looks ok.. Well when I have one tooth showing on my passport size photo.. He said it looks fine.. Mascara on the under area.. Making me look a bit like panda.. Still ok meh ? Not to me at least.. The rest of the photos are quite a disaster also.. Either too bright or not captured nicely.. This was not done by newbie or TFCD.. Well.. You get the idea.. Sigh..

I want to print those photographs and is looking for someone who can touch up on the photos. Probably correct some discolouration.. editing away stray hairs for closed up etc..

Looking at abt some 20-30 ? Pls quote me accordingly. If it is too costly.. I probably will just print all in 3R? Hoping if it is small not visible ? lol.. Seriously I wanted some bigger photos ard etc.. hence am looking.. I am not sure how tedious it is pls pardon me for this ridiculous request here..

May be can you bring to Maio Laan Colour Centre see we can help to do some touch up in order to look better.:cry:

if you are just printing small size then the quality does not need to be so detailed
but i think it would be a better idea to just choose one or two good ones to touch up with good detail quality
