Strange how this was sent out over the weekend, a few days AFTER the first round submission to STB was done with the names of all the involved photographers were already supposed to be submitted. :dunno:

Even if you are not passing off others work for your own how can you just blindly recruit a photographer over the weekend for a major project for submission the next day.
