Best bet is to buy coloured ropes from climbing shops or hit ebay.

You should have just bought on eBay.
You can get any colour you want, ready made into a bracelet with buckle and it only costs a few bucks!
Believe me, I had looked for this before.
On eBay, just seach "paracord bracelet".
