As i said in post #766 when it comes to CL it is a different ball game for Marseille.
Cool it guys ... i am sure u guys are able to collect at least another 9 pts from the last 4 games rite?
Just like our Gaffer always say what we need is 10 pts for us, which is more then enough, to qualify for the next round!:devil:

Anyway man u did not played well too, they were damn lucky to win by 1 goal again,credit to their lucky star. Hmmm....looks likeI stayed up both nights to see man u dying and Liverpool die :sweatsm:

Sisoko must go, up till now he never have any attacking ideal, the ball is either pass square or backwards but most of the time his spider leg will loss the ball :sweatsm: Not to mention he cant cross, dribble or shot :sticktong When liverpool is winning he looks good, threading the ball around to no where, fans dont mind as we are winning. When we are chasing after the game you can see he doesnt contribute at all, some more lose an easy ball which is under his control which resulted in the Marseille goal :sweat:
Crouch is another one, out of 10 highball he will only get to 3, the rest will be : 3 will miss the target,4 he will be climbing over the opponent and commit a foul. Dont understand why he's so tall yet still need to climb over people :sticktong

this season is really the one to judge Rafa.
he has no more excuse. he has spent big. he has got the backings of the board and most fans.

I guess Rafa will field the best 11 in Anfield for the next game, he also scare liao 1 more time he gonna get sack oredy :bsmilie: After Hotcakes is away to Everloss derby game 50-50, if this 2 game dont win then I think he really have to go liao. Draw both he also die Win one Draw or loss the other, he will just die slower lah so in any case must win both....its Do or Die situation for him.

Come to think about it, out of a sudden all the players seems to have a drop in form. Worst now, they have loss all confidence after all those points drop and all those DISGUSTING performance ,so now even with best 11 also no Bao Eat one :sweat: This is a crucial period for us.

i don't have to repeat that this is the worst match we have seen at liverpool from a team that's suppose to win the epl this season.
i favour rotation as you can have players playing at 100kmph without worrying about conserving energy for the next match because someone else will put in that 100kmph. but let me just add that there are players who don't favour rotation. why? if they play well, they are still rotated so their brains tell them no need to work so hard because they are not one of those who will be inked first on the team sheet for every game.
aurelio (just back from injury) and leto (fresh kid) on the left side. no wonder we were murdered throughout the game until we had risse and voronin taking over. and than kuyt taking over from voronin on the left side. what was rafa thinking?
we even played beanpole crouch who takes five touches to control his first touch and still can't keep himself on his feet without falling to ground. crouch's flick on is never in the forward direction always going back to the midfield so why bother using the long high ball tactic in that case. torres needs service for him to run on to, passes to his feet.
gerrard wasn't getting enough protection from sissoko and don't let me start on sissoko. i have championed him before but after last night's display and a few from games before, i think he should be sold in january. one goal in two years doesn't make a striker if he thinks he's playing as one last night. he should be playing behind gerrard and not in front of him. gerrard will make better in road against their defence.
the only players who gave a DAMN last night was gerrard, torres, benayoun, carra, hyypia, reina and finnan. the other four are simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH, crouch, leto, aurelio and sissoko.
not sure if the lack of an assistant manager makes that much of a diff but we sure missed alonso and mascherano in midfield. to a certain extend, pennant who can run at defences. benayoun is better centrally. hmmm, i wonder if we had used kuyt as a wingman from the start in place of pennant (who's suspended) and pairing benayoun with gerrard and leaving sissoko out, would we have done better?
